I believe I've only seen 1 or 2 in my travels.

Yeah, I don't see them that often either.
Grabbed the middle two just because I liked the shank shape and they were obviously US made oldies. Now that I've learned more about them I keep an eye out.
Perhaps the GG or GJ crowd will have the 3 missing ones.

I like having sets complete. Maybe it's just me?
