A fairly clean "Musselman Universal Wrench" -- which we usually call a bicycle wrench,
except that their ads gave it more grand ambitions than that...  There must have
been several versions, since the actual wrench differs significantly from the advertised
one.

1940 Design patent ( http://www.datamp.org/patents/displayPatent.php?number=120489&typeCode=2 )  - Musselman did not put a "D" before the patent number.
