Title: What are these?

Found these in a box. 

Two 3/16ths, and then up to 7/16ths.  The center hole is the stamped size, and is the same diameter through.

What do they belong to?

I know I am not correct, but those look like valve guides for an engine.

I think they are drill bushings that go in some type of fixture.

Drop in bushings for a Radial Arm Drilling machine.
