Here is an old DOE auto wrench I found today. I don't recognize its logo, the car it was intended for, or how old it is. Can any of you guys tell us about this wrench? The Transmission Band opening is 3/4" and the Gasoline Line opening is 11/16".

If you check on Alloy Artifacts it shows a connection between the CFT logo and Herbrand.
