Agree , probably KD. For door handles and cranks using the " Hairpin" style retainer.
They slip behind the handle , you squeeze the handles closed and rock it side ways to release the clip.
Fairly common item , they sold a lot of them.

I agree, KD tool. I have a pair of those also. Mine were my wifes uncle who use to own a glass shop in Portland Oregon and he used them when he replaced auto door glass. I have several other types that i used when i was employed as a auto dismantler.

And let me just say now much easier these are to use than a putty knife, one alternative tool for the procedure.

 I agree Bonneyman,  it's the computors fault.

 it can not do what I want it to do, my way.   computors are more stubborn than us old guys.
