Ok pictures below any thoughts? Sorry any attachment i try to add the site says is to large. Can anyone tell me what i can do to reduce the size of the attachment. Can you help identify this tool. Has M. Klien and Sons on one side. And on both sides says 4-6. Is about 8 inches long and curves over at the working end 180 degrees with two slots on each side tat look like a wire would fit in there. Thanks for any input.

if the picture is on your phone, email it to yourself, then try attaching the emailed version. Your phone will automatically resized the photo for sending.

It is a wire twister used in conjunction with a wire holder to make a "Western Union" type splice in telephone & telegraph wire back in the day. Also used for other similar wire twisting & splicing applications, including woven wire fences used on farms.
Sorry I can't lay my hands on the illustration showing the tool in use -- I think I had it in a past MVWC Newsletter.

My easy fix for downsizing photos from my 8MP Kodak camersa is to pull up the image and right click the mouse and click on edit. That pulls up a screen allowing a lot of things to happen to the image. in the upper left area. it offers you a chance to either reduce th epixel numbers or cut the size y a certain percentage. Everyone has their own sized images, but for mine, changing the 100% down to 20% almost always gets the images under the 250kb limit on TT. It's a hssle to do it to 7 or 8 photos, but maybe it helps cut down on the photo blitz I would do otherwise...as in Face Book postings....lol
