If i were a tool inventor i would like my name on this drain plug wrench. it has 7 different sized openings ,A lot of multiple sized wrenches out there but this one has a handle that gives you leverage on all sizes. Some tools really catch my attention and this is one. but then again I like most tools bob w.

It is a nice straightforward design, and it's pretty. New Britain and KenTool both had versions of that tool also, I suspect it was popular more because it is drop forged and you could smack it with a hammer to get out stubborn drain plugs and save your expensive wrenches tho ; P
Remember when you could get a flat wrench on your cars drain plug? Remember when you could *find* your car's drain plug?

Anyone remember when changing your own oil was significantly cheaper than taking it to a shop?

when I got out of the service in 1952 I went to work in a pontiac dealership. I remember a lot of dealer services that were considered high in price but now looking back they were cheap lol bob w.

I picked up a Herbrand 194 for $1 over the weekend at a pawn shop. I bought it to sell but have since decided I'll just keep the wrench - I like it.
