Title: Do you recognize this?

My buddy picked it up and I've been searching for hours on a maker with no luck.

2nd pic shows the end is curled upwards.

First glance I thought it was an implement wrench, but those staggered size hex openings kinda point it came with some type of pressurized gas bottles, Linde?

Oxy-acetylene wrench is what it is. The size qualifies it,, as not much torque needed to tighten the bottle valves, and hose and torch brass fittings.

OK thanks, the thickness of really threw me off. Its about 1/2" or more on the thickness.
