Hi folks,
I just registered and would like very much if anyone could shed a light on this scissor-like tool that I have for quite a while on my tool box and don't know how to properly use it.
The tool have a hard wire (maybe to heat in some manner) and it was made in Denmark.
Any commentary will be more than well received!

From their website:
THE LORA CHEESE SCISSOR STORY:
The story starts with the cheese box. In Denmark, most households keep several cheeses in a plastic box in the refrigerator. The inventor of the Lora cheese scissor told us that he did not like to see his young sons put their hands in the cheese box, pull out a cheese, pull a cheese plane across the cheese, pick up the slice with their fingers to put on their bread, and hand the cheese back into the box. So he invented a tool which would pick up the cheese, slice the cheese, deliver the cut piece, and return the cheese to the box without ever touching the cheese with the fingers.
