Title: Stiles-Herman Pliers

This company made English wheels.  Are these pliers some kind of body tool?

I'll dig you up a pic of what we are missing, I hope to visit a person who has a complete one.
It was part of a system to repair fenders. The fender rollers are not exactly like a English Wheeling machine, but on the same order. Yes the British had their version called a G.E.Denteraser.
