There are no name or numbers on this. The peices can screw off.

Looks like a Baxter to me.

I have the same one with no markings.  I believe it is a Baxter's Adjustable S wrench also.

What kind of person would make such a handsome wrench and pass up the chance to put his name on it!

Baxter wrenches were made by a series of companies long after the Baxter patents had expired.  Only the earliest have markings. Later makers included Greene, Tweed & Co. & E. C. Stearns.   Dan Gaier did an article on them in the Fine Tool Journal.
