Here's # 3. You can see the EE. Nothing else either side. The round hole is really rectangular - just rusted in. Badly. The EE seems to be down in a depression. The other bumps are just rust bumps.

So it would be a farm tractor wrench?

 more likely for a horse drawn farm implement.
