Title: unknown rat and socket

Got these at auction recently. Had to have this ratchet because I had not seen one. Anyone know who made him ?
No markings and froze up.  The 5 Bog sockets were a bonus. The other socket is marked only NC . Weird rectangular shape . Unknown usage.

Is the other side of the sockets just a regular hex or 12 point socket?

Very cool lookin rat!
Maybe was made as a anti-theft type prior to the war effort??

 Thanks Stan that is it and its a local maufacturer although I never heard of them.
