Bought this wrench at auction today. Figured it was for mechanic who coudn't keep track of his wrenchs. Found M-4431B as Snap-On railroad brake inspectors wrench. Alas my wrench does not say Snap-on and it only has three sockets instead of four on the Snap-on. Anybody familiar with this three socket version ? No makers mark-suppose it could be homemade but it looks pretty professional.

Maybe the owner used an M-4413 shaft, welded it onto the sockets, and pinned the other wrench to it. Might well have been three sizes that he used frequently for a certain job.
