Title: Logo on wrench

Picked up an old wrench/spanner at a car boot sale today, English equivalent of an auto jumble I suppose. 6.5 inch long ope  ended, marked drop forged USA, has 1118W on one end and the logo pictured on the other. Sizes 3/8w  and 5/16w.  Any idea on date or manufacturer.
