Title: Any ideas on this wrench?

No markings what-so-ever, openings are 1 1/8" x 13/16".

Saw one of these on a facebook group and the person has Packard Hubcap Wrench on it, so I searched google and see 2 of these at the top but there are several different wrenches. Not sure what to believe.
