Title: C.B. Powell - what do I have here!

Anyone recognize this! It's small only about 10" tall. Seems to be a UK company (C.B. Powell) but I couldn't find any info on it. Some sort of press but what for?

Here is a link to the company website.     http://www.cbpowellengineeringsussex.co.uk       You could try emailing them a photo. They are still in business, but I could not find a product catalog.Regards, Lou
