Anyone know what these are. They close to about 1/32". No makers name.

I think glass pliers, been so long since I did art glass work. Used like a grozing pliers.

I saw a pair this morning at Lowes for $17 Canadian,  About $12 US, Labeled glass and tile cutters.
 Didn't pay enough attention to see who made them, but probably came from China.
