Title: Unusual Ratchet
Post by: lptools on October 19, 2016, 05:51:24 PM
Hello, This is an unmarked 1/4" drive ratchet. I have never seen one like this . The slide button shifter works, but has no tension. The handle threads into the base of the head, I am guessing there might be a spring missing. There is an external snap ring holding the drive to the head, I am not sure if I should take this apart yet. Could this be a one-off , craftsman made? The top of the head is flat, with a small bit of raised metal , dead center, which leads me to think this was cut off after the lower round portion was turned. Regards, Lou

I don't think they were made by Wright, but some do.

I've heard they were made by Wright, but I don't know. they are a different, compact design!
