Title: Farm wrench

One of those included with machinery, probably horse drawn era.   Is small, maybe 6 - 7 inches.  Only this one never laid in the dirt for 50 years.  Trying not to concentrate on the machinery tools but they keep finding me.  Any help?

 Wrench is for Jones Binder manufactured by Plano Mfg Co.
