I found an SK 40954 Socket spinner this weekend, with a yellow handle. Question is, when did SK use yellow handles instead of their customary green? Is that a cadmium finish instead of chrome ? No chrome and no paint WWII era tool ? 1/4 or 9/32 inch drive ?

It appears to not be chrome and it's 1/4". WWII era would make sense. I'm just surprised to have never heard about them.

The handle looks like the Snap On/Ivy handles.
