Title: Questions About an Old Wrench

I found this old wrench in a shed partially buried in the dirt floor. I assume it's
automotive, don't know what time frame, or if it's associated with a particular
auto maker. I found six for sale on the Big Bay; one states it's Delco, another
says German.
Any help will be appreciated.
