Title: The number 19 embossed on a wrench with a dot on either side of it

  Well I tried AA first this time then about a dozen searches on the internet and came up with zero. The 19 and the dots on either side are front and center just like a mfg. embossing would be with the sizes and DROP FORGED U.S.A. on what I would call the back OR maybe it's the other way around. Photos attached. TIA again for your help.
