Another mystery tool in my possession. I thought to pack lead and oakum in cast iron sewer pipes? What do think?

It is a stone mason's bush chisel.  It is a small version of the bush hammer that looks like a meat tenderizer.  It is used to smooth stone as mentioned above.

Thanks for the description. Was able to find various examples both old and new online. It's amazing what you can find with the right words.
