Hello, Chris . I picked this up this morning. Any idea what it would be used for?  Thanks, Lou

It looks to me like something for large mitered frames.  Clamp one of the "F" clamp parts on each leg of the miter, then crank down on the center handle until the miter is forced together.

If they were still in business I'd go ask them, they were not far from me. It looks like they would work on miters like Bill H said, especially a mitered frame with a lot of depth.

Hello, Bill & Bill. I am working on getting it all lubed & cleaned. At full width opening with the pivot, they are offset approx. 5-10 degrees from 90. With the pivot closed, the angle looks approx. 45 degrees. I will cut a few test pieces and get back to you. Re; Wetzler, sad to hear they closed their doors, I try to buy Wetzler clamps whenever I get the chance. Regards, Lou
