Cool looking! no idea who made it but would it not be from the same time frame of the Mossberg was making sockets. The steel stamping is what I see as similar, then they faded and forged steel was the norm.

Double cool if they had made them as convertibles.  So one wrench could move to both positions!

A Lownes patent pipe wrench.

Here's another one along the same idea.

They were made in at least 2 different sizes as I had them.
