Last item for today is these strange scissors, one is stamped Taylor Eye Witness Sheffield the other I cant read. They have been sharpened a lot and are obviously for a specific task. I was thinking maybe weaving ?

I think they are carpet shears. Used for cutting the nap on carpet.(http://jaeberly.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/167.jpg)
