This looks like one of those attachments for a cutting torch they used to make long straight cuts on flat steel and some used them on large pipe. Don't remember the proper name but trolley seems like a could be the name.

You could be right OG. I know I have seen one before but can not for the life of me remember what exactly it is.

There was a post about 4-6 months (could be a year or two time flies)
