Title: Help identify Wrench - stamped C.L. Hartford ??

Measures @5-1/2", stamped on both sides of top jaw what I think is C.L. Hartford, either the maker or owner.  Not in either Schulz or Cope.

And a hammer on the back side of the moving jaw, to encourage you to abuse it and ruin the wrench side!
