Title: Hand crank hone or sharpener of sort?

Hand crank, table rotates driven from the center the ??? honing stone??? go left to right. Note the positions of the holders they left to right and back. The table drive is in the center so you it could be a knife or small clever?
16" tall overall, a 10"diameter rotating table

Well found it, a sheep shear sharpener, not baaaaaaahhhhhhhd.

no name that we found so far,
 It was at a local auction of a couple who went to lots of auctions back in the 80's. Lots of tools, one guy was real proud of a of finding a Stanley #1 plane. 100+ planes of all types almost as many drawknives and spoke shaves.
