I picked up this ratchet/wrench the other day. It's marked OHIO. The ratchet is 3/8" female with somewhat rounded inside corners. The wrench is 3/4".
What did I find? RR? My research was fruitless.
Thanks.

Before someone comes up with the correct answer I will venture my guess. The construction of the tool looks like a specialty wrench for a machine tool or maybe automotive. The ratchet could fit oxygen or other gas tanks. Unusual, don't have one.
