No idea, but it is almost certainly made by MDF/Easco...

I kinda doubt it's "NOS" though...

The end of it has a connection for a hot stick or lond pole. could be for working on hot electric lines or equipment  bob w.

Look at the reverse lever, it's a V ....

I bet it's missing something tho, the piece on the handle looks like it fits another piece just like , as a locking swivel....
