Title: Odd screwdriver

I know this has to have a very specific use, sadly I don't know what that is. It seems the multi layer "chuck" can be moved up or down the shaft by loosening a couple allen set screws, but those small teeth on one side are just strange. They are not cutting or scraping blades, too delicate, they seem designed to fit into a matching slot on some arcane piece of machinery. No makers name on the plastic handle, but it does say USA and perhaps the number 850 or 350 above that on the sliding chuck. Any ideas?

The notches look like they could be for stripping wire. But that doesn’t explain why you would want to move that piece to different spots on the shaft. Just a wag.

It is for de-burring conduit after it has been cut.

Electrician's screwdriver.  Those are for reaming conduit.

Looks like it is a Klein Tools with the rubber grip removed. They made one like that and it still may be available.

Looks like a Klein with the grip removed to me as well. The nub at the pommel end is kind of a tell.
