Back from Kentuckywith a few items.
( 1930, I live in Florida, gotta vacation in the mountains in the fall, get drunk and talk to God! He always says: You again ? )
Picked up some interesting wrenches, some obstructions and likely user bent wrenches, a New Imperial, an AMPCO ratchet (cheap!), and in the bottom left 2 wrenches I am trying to put sets together of. The wood boxes are drill bit boxes, per the seller in a small flea market.
The items in the last two photos are gifts from my newly met FIL. This makes 3 FIL's for 1 wife... MIL has some history!
So, a nice Stanley Sweetheart No. 65 mortise gauge, Cresent wrench and a Wetzler clamp. The fold up Mitre box was FIL's grandfathers, it will be cleaned up and sit on my shelf.
Could have had some cooler weather, but saw some pretty county and leaves thru N Georgia, Tenn and Kentucky.
Saw the Moonbow at Cumberland Falls Ky on Nov 10 2011, my 55th Bday!
Tomorrow, back to work...

Nice group!
I'm beginning to have a "need" for some of those half-moon starter wrenches.

Always pack light for vacation...so you have room for tools on the return trip - P
>get drunk and talk to God!
.."Oh,no, it's that nut that keeps lighting bushes on fire and yelling 'where's the tablets?'"
*ducking*
There are plenty of bent wrenches to collect....

Where at in Kentucky? Flea Market?
-
Champion Tool Kit = I buy old tools boxes cheaply to sell on etsy.com . (Truthfully, I have a shelf full and have yet to sell anything, yet)
I got the box and the Imperial wrench at an Antiques and Creamery store outside of the Cumberland Lake State Park in KY
They had several tractor wrenches I passed on.
Flea Market = 2 sellers with tools, I would NOT recommend it. New River Flea Market in Tifton Ga.
We had some family obligations that intruded on my cold weather/cabin/fireplace/drinking and tool excursions this year.
I have notified the Vacation Planning dept that we will rectify that next year.
