Here is a little tool kit given out by Albany Felt Company as a complimentary gift.  For those of you who may have never worked in a paper mill, the wet felt is used to pick up the wet pulp from a Foudrinier wire screen after suction boxes have removed much of the water from the fiber, The wet felt then transfers the still-wet pulp to a Yankee Dryer, or the first dryer, in the dryer section. Paper making was a big business in Northeastern NY State 60 years ago.  The tool kit was found in a jumble shop near the site of the old Scott Paper Mill in nearby Delaware County, PA.

The ratchet is stamped: " Made in U.S.A. PAT. PEND.  RATCHET SOCKETOOL"  The box has the following message written on it:
Compliments of

Maybe rare, Neal, but definitely cheap, e.g. < $1.

Still practicing frugality here, at least until food and fuel are put back into Social Security's cost-of-living increase calculations.

I have one of those Shelton Socketools, and I've modified it to use 1/4" drive bits. Small for those tight areas!
