Hello, Tobysmama. I can't help with any info, but I like it!!! I will defer to the wrench experts on here!! Regards, Lou

First it isn't a pipe wrench, it is a wrench for nuts and bolts. It was manufactured by Lamson & Sessions Company Cleveland Ohio. They started business in Carmel CT, they moved the business of making nuts and bolts to Cleveland Ohio in 1869. They started making wrenches in Cleveland around 1890. By 1908 their catalogs offered a variety of nuts, bolts, washers rivets and wrenches. They are known for making bicycle sized wrenches.
The other company name was a previous owner of the wrench that may have ordered large quantities of wrenches from L&S and had their name stamped on the wrench at the factory or the company stamped their name on the wrench themselves.
