Title: Another Russian wrench? Similar to 100 year old Case steam engine wrench.

I assume its metric with 41 and 46 marked openings.   Foreign made???  Was told its some kind military wrench.  Can anyone id it?

For adjusting the valves and changing spark plugs on a Russian Soyuz R7 rocket. Howard Wolowitz always carries one in his backpack just in case. You can buy them at any Searski Government owned store in Mother Russia.

I have what is supposed to be a Russian socket set, but who knows.  I will take a picture tomorrow and post it here.
