Title: What is the brand of this drill press vice or vise ?

Can anyone tell me anything about this vise ? I would guess the logo is F W ?

I have seen  that logo  but memory eludes me

I think European, maybe Polish

or maybe not

I'll bet the "F" stands for  "forge" the "W" is most likely the company name. So Williams or Wilton come to mind, any others?
