Title: Hazet 2509
Post by: t115145 on April 27, 2019, 08:00:59 PM
Found a Hazet 14 and 10 mm DBE wrench today at an estate sale, got a Blue Point Supreme 5/16-3/8 DOE and a Duro Chrome 7/16 combination.  I knew the Hazet was a special, so I looked to see if Ebay had any.  They did, one for $99, and one for $139.  It's a wrench for a Porsche.   Special, but why $100 special? BTW I paid $2.00 for all three.

for early porsche and VW

one ad says

this wrench was used for removal of oil cooler while engine was
still installed the 10mm side has stoppers so bolt would not fall
onto engine

seems to be quite hard to find

Good score!!

Do not question good luck; just accept it.

Multiple Hazet wrenches have values that make no sense.  I had a short run of finding the ones with value a couple of years back - and then the run stopped, for no obvious reason.
