I'm a big fan of the sunset and the sunrise.... but, I would prefer to see them at two different times..... one before I go to sleep, and the other when I wake up. Well, this is the new me...... I'm going semi-drug (drugs I'm supposed to take) free. I can't afford the drugs, so I guess I'll just enjoy the moment/s. It's going to be a long haul if I continue to watch the sun rise and the sun set. You would think that I would eventually get tired/ sleepy....... but, that's the weird thing with me. .... I don't sleep.
I can say, with a level of assurance, that I will be awake two days from now. I will still be awake days from now.... won't have managed to sleep. Don't persons pay a lot of money to stay awake for a long time?
That's a funny thing. ... persons pay money for drugs that keep them "wired/ awake," and I'd pay a bunch of money just to sleep. Well, I guess I am a more "humble" person (I'm not sure if that makes sense) then I used to be. I never realized the value of sleep .... at least, I forgot about the value of sleep for a few years. But, here I am again. I'm reminded that sleep is something to be thankful for.
I don't have anything/ substance to blame for me being awake. Well, i guess you folks will be hearing a lot from the resident rambler for a while... I have nothing but time.... which I used to be greatful for.
I hope everyone is doing well.
cheers,
bird
You probably have what they call sleep apnia . It is expensive but a good apnia doctor can get you going in the right dirrection . They have a machine that helps you breathe at night , It is a bitch to get used too but it pays to use it . I use it. It is called a c pap machine( controlled positive air presure )You can not go on without sleep your body starts to do funny things when you don't rest it.
dr. bob w. lol
Try Breath Right Strips. It works for me and it's lots cheaper than sleep apnia equipment.
Your young, try a real hard days work, I dont know how else to phrase it although I guess it may sound rude, I am trying to say go outside and work really hard if thats any better. ( most people have no concept of what that means ) I bet you will sleep
With no naps
I too don't sleep much. Four hours most times is what I need. Much more and I'm just groggy. But I rarely stay up more than a day at a time anymore although I used to do it a lot when I was younger.
they had me do take a sleep apnea test recently before i have my surgery.. they set me up with a machine and the things that go in your nose to measure your breathing and sent me home for a light study... have to say that was awkward to get to sleep specially since i had something wrapped around my chest, a thing on my index finger, then something in my nose.
