Hello, Bill. Thanks!! It needs a good cleaning, and has removable jaw inserts that I hope I can free up to get the crud out!!!Regards, Lou

If you don't have room, I know where it could find a good home.........

I’ve got a lot of small vises but none with that marking. Maybe it was just a fancy way to display the jaw width. Are they 2 inches wide?

Most moveable rear jaw vises are either "cheapies" or high quality jewelers vise with small anvils on the back. This one seems to fall somewhere in the middle.

Another thing that is interesting is what appears to be a guide on the clamp pad to keep it from turning. Am I seeing things, or is that true?

Mike
