Finally after 4 auctions and no tools worth buying a bit of a score.
Top a no name engine cleaner
Bottom- Pliers for wire spring hose clamps otherwise known as @#$%^clamps.
Marked Gray USA 886 on one side and Pat No 3013456 on the other. Pat is for the locking device.
Pat applied for Sept 29 1959 and issued Dec 19 1961.
What I don't understand is the USA marking. Gray is Canadian and the Gray Bonney deal ended in 1961 I think. The only Gray Bonney tool I have is marked Gray-Bonney. Anyone have any ideas?

I picked up a pair of funky pliers like that not too long ago. Haven't used anything like that in years, but, being I'm working on older and older stuff, figured I'd need it sooner or later.
Definitely wear your safety goggles when using those things!
