Who might have made it and what does it do?  It is 10 inches long.

Looks kind of like some fender beading or drip rail pliers.

Pliers of that form have been identified as "half round" eaves trough hanger installation tools in past issues of the MVWC Newsletter.

Looking thru a old sheet metal catalog and seen this. Hmmm wasn't there someone who was looking for info on these gutter wire hanger tool.

Looks good, not quite like mine, but close. Now, what kind of hangers are we talking about?

Twisted wire gutter hangers. 1/2 round galvanized gutter there is no nailer. 1910 N.B. Handy catalog I'll shrink the page
