Title: King Dick 4" Adjustable Spanner with a difference what was it used for ?

I have been having a shed clear out during lock down and found King Dick 4" adjustable, as you can see it has thinner jaws than normal, i was wondering if it was made for a specific car tool kit, what do you think ?
