Did a major save on this tool, was very rusty and both the chuck shaft and wheel shaft were frozen. At auction a few weeks ago he could not get a bid at $2.50 so he asked anyone want it for a dollar? I raised my hand and got it, I figured the side handle was worth more than that as I had one missing the handle. However, when I got it home I found I didn't have a No.12. In its day it cost $6.60 in my 1938 catalog, two speed, adjustable handle, level, and a master chuck which takes round, tangs and morse taper bits. Typical chore to restore, WD-40 and Blaster freed it up in about a week, took the rust and paint off in my blast cabinet, Wire wheeled the chuck and wheel shaft, sanded the handles, sealed them and repainted everything. Here it is today.
Very nice!
Great job!

Thanks, I get a lot of satisfaction when I save a tool such as this one.
