This must be a spark plug blaster. How does it work? Are instructions available?

I think yours is newer than mine, also have a old round cabinet that was a counter top ac plugs sales cabinet

that other thing? is that for weeds or getting into trouble or both?

AC Delco plug cleaner. I believe it works similar to the small one harbor freight sells. You need some kind of media blaster. Pretty cool vintage!

Hello, Al. This is just a guess on the weird looking tool. Looks like a kickback pawl for a Radial Arm Saw.
