I think it was for horse shoeing to clean the hoofs what's your thoughts on it ?

Scraper for furniture refinishing,  great for tight places like a chair back.  Good tool to have around.

Scraper, but for more than just furniture refinishing - some painters use them when working on ornate molding, for instance, to scrape off old paint.

That's what I use it for today lol I scraped caulk out of a old window when I got home with it today it worked great.

It looks like a yacht  scraper. The Wilcox-Crittenden catalogs have them. Look near the bottom of my W/C page.

Close but one side is rounded  like for round wood or pole but all 3 sides very sharp.

It looks like a yacht  scraper.
I bet it would take quite a while to scrape down a yacht with one of those...
