Title: Old wrench - multiple openings

Is this wrench identifiable?  Does it have any value?  What was it made for?  I saw it in a shop and took a photo.  I don't think there were any markings but maybe a "C".

+3... the square hole is a sure giveaway, used on the older style acetylene tank valve stem.
