This weeks giveaway got me into the shop, and digging down into piles, too old, too rusty, part of a set, and so on. Am offering these fine vintage, and nearly all American made tools. Unbranded pliers, very vintage, 8in. Crescent wrench works fine jaws tight,Crescent LE1618 COE mint!, Barcalo Buffalo 7/16, and to make it international a COE 5/8x19/32-DIN 895 made in Germany. Get your name in the hat!

Nice group! Thanks for stepping in, John!
Put Papaw in the hat.
-
Sure enough. Put me in.
-
I've haven't been in the last couple, so put me in on this one!
Also, a question: What does COE mean?
-
Looks like Combination Open End.
-
Add me to the list please
-
Good to see people signing up. But going to sweeten the pot anyway. I have just acquired a Vlcek DA wrench, and a Plomb pebble DBE, winner of the drawing will get their choice of the two, added to the above. John
-
DA wrench, put me in please
-
Ahh what they heck, count me in
Never had a Barcalo buffalo. Wouldnt mind adding one to my collection.
-
john k,
Toss my name in too. Can't resist the chance for a Plomb Pebble DBE.
-
Since I just can't mislead, I got to straighten out a couple of things here. The Plomb wrench is combo Open end, 5/8x3/4 (3031), and is one of the few Plomb wrenches I have. The DA wrench is not as I stated, a Vlcek, but is instead an Indestro 1829-5/8. I know, can hear the razzing and shouts already, I got to start doing this when fully awake. For my transgression am tossing one more wrench in, you get it if, whatever, it is a Vlcek, for real, a W2225-11/16 x 25/32 open end, yes, for sure an open end. And its in very nice shape for a steel wrench, no chrome, ever. You still have time to sign up, drawing in two days.
-
Woot !! Sign me up please !

-
Throw me in please. :)
-
I'm just barely in!
-
Doing the drawing tonight, am off to work now, all day shift. My wifes siamese will do the selection via balls of paper on the floor. The cat is so spacey if I find even one, that will be the winner.
-
So it will be a CATscan, huh?
-
No, a cat scan is when they sit on the arm of the chair and stare mysteriously into your face, cause they are pissed you are in their chair, this will be a cat chase the paper balls event.
-
Ahh, but that only works when you don't want them to chase the balls.
When you want a cat to do something, it becomes catatonic....
-
We have a winner, Nolatoolguy has won the Tool giveaway, the cat has decided! As the winner, he has already been notified, and we at giveaway central are awaiting his response. I apologize to all those that waited up last night, but was called away to a dinner, due to a death in the family. Am preparing to carefully wrap the tools, as I don't want any more wear on them beyond what they have endured the last 45 years. John in Nebraska!

I like it. I lived in "nawlins" for a few years. That's where I met and married my wife. It resonates with me when I see the screen name. :)
