Title: Junktique Store Deja Vu!!
Post by: dimwittedmoose51 on March 10, 2012, 03:47:53 AM
The store in which I found Papaw's Infamous Crescent Tool Display has coughed up some more goodies.  I went in just to check things out and on display was a virtually new Powr-Kraft hand plane in its original box with an asking price of $10.  Grabbed that immediately.  Then a PK belt sander, then an old Dremel Model A buzz sander, and when I went to start dickering with the owner, he invited me in to the "backroom" and away we went from there.  About 50% of the total purchase price was this really cool old Craftsman pipe style wrench with the spring loaded wheel. I HAD to have that, but he also opened up a few boxes of ebay stuff that was returned including a pair of Jorgenson wood clamps.  He and I will continue to work together on yard sales and auctions.

From the upper left, we have a couple of old rusty planes that have little to no ID on them, the three wood clamps, the Dremel in its box, a Champion S wrench, Stanley Handyman clamp vise(shade tree clamp screw though), an old farm implement tool(I think), a no name stamped wrench, A perfect handle clone screwdriver, a Supreme Valve Grinder, the nearly new Powr-Kraft plane, a Tru-fit water pump pliers. a Pexto regular pliers, Craftsman DOE, A flat bastard, a really rusty brace bit,  no name speeder wrench, a Hudson Mfg. pipe wrench, a GTD 14" pipe wrench, the coveted Craftsman 12" wrench, A Stanley Yankee plane in VG condition, and an old Powr-Kraft belt sander.  The last photo is a really long saw that may have originaally had a wood handle on it.  teeth are still very sharp on this one, but AI could find no mfg. markings on it.  Help on the ID please!!

Time for some sleep!!

The implement wrench pics 1&3 top right corner should have a number p1599 and an IHC logo on it. No idea which impement it came with.
